The etymology of Miskowiec, or Myszkowiec
The suffix, -kowiec, basically means 'son of' and as far as I can find is more commonly used by the Polish peasantry. Mysz- from what I can tell it means 'mouse'. Other than the obvious meaning, I still cannot determine what the significance is. Any ideas? Email me.
